For non-personalised jewellery, you are covered by our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: you may return your piece within 30 days of receiving it.
However, personalised jewellery cannot be returned, as each creation is unique and made to order.
We don’t currently provide special gift wrapping, but all our jewellery comes in an elegant case, ready to be gifted upon arrival.

As long as your jewellery has not yet entered production, we can make the modification.
Once the creation process has started, no further changes are possible.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so you can order with confidence.
However, as each personalised piece is a unique creation, we unfortunately cannot offer edits or design changes once production has begun.
If your jewellery shows any defect in quality, we will of course provide a full exchange or refund.
We do not yet offer personalised visual previews before production.
