Once your order is confirmed, our team begins crafting your personalised pendant and then completes the full assembly of the jewellery in our workshop.
This process takes around 12 days of handcrafting.
As soon as your piece is ready, it is shipped immediately, with an average delivery time of 6 to 8 working days within the UK.
To ensure an elegant result, personalisation is limited to 20 characters maximum (including spaces). You can choose any name or word in one of the available languages.

Please note: once your order is confirmed, changes are usually not possible. However, if you contact us very quickly and the jewellery has not yet gone into production, we’ll do our best to make the adjustment.
Special characters (such as emojis or unusual symbols) are not accepted to preserve the quality of the engraving.
